The Hardscape North America (HNA) 2009 education schedule is subject to change.  If a cancelation occurs on any certification/installer program or seminar session, you will be notified by Thursday, January 8, 2009, by phone and email.  Should installer programs or sessions be cancelled by HNA you have the option to apply funds to and register for a different installer program or seminar sessions. If you elect not to apply funds to new sessions, you may receive a full refund for the cancelled program or session.   HNA does not refund for travel or hotel expenses that you may have incurred.
